How To Apply

1. Fill the appplication form with all the details.
2. Affix one passport size photograph & enclose four extra copies.
3. Enclose a medical certificate , duly certified by a recognized physician.
4. Xerox copy of passport & original to be sent at least 15 days prior to departure.
5. A demand draft of 30% of Total amount favouring Abhiyan Travels & Tours (I) PVT. LTD. NEW DELHI.

Mode Of Payment

1. 30% of Total Amount to be deposited with the Application Form.
2. Balance amount payable at least 15 days priop to departure.
3. In case of foreign participants & NRI's, the remittance of 100% tour cost should reach us at least 15 days prior to departure.

Tour Includes

1. Three nights stay in Kathmandu on American plan (Twin sharing basis).
2. Transport for sight seeing in Kathmandu by coach & transfer up to Tibet border.
3. Land cruisers from Kathmandu Kodari Kailash - Mansarovar & back to Tibet. Nepal border.
4. Services of expert guides and expert drivers.
5. Accommodation on the way and back in twin sharing tents or guest houses with only basic clean facilities.
6. Simple wholesome veg. food in unlimited quantity and hot beverages.

Tour Does Not Include

1. Return AIR fare to Kathmandu.
2. Expenses for emergency evacuation in case of natural calamity or personal illness.
3. Any expenses of personal nature i.e. telephone, laundry, tips, portage, etc.
4. Any item not specified in the itinerary and included in the package cost.

Cancellation

1. Token advance of Rs. 6500/- forfeited irrespective of no. of days of intimation.
2. 25% cancellation levied from 14 days to 3 days prior to departure.
3. 50% cancellation on less than 3 days intimation.

Legal Note: All disputes Pertaining to the conduct of Tour are subject to jurisdiction of Honorable Court of Delhi
